2. What will we process your data for and on what legal basis?
Attention to requests and contact: We process the data that our customers and users provide in their queries and in the contact forms, to attend to their requests and, where appropriate, manage the services requested. The categories of data processed for these purposes are the following:
– Identification and contact data;
– Data related to your query;
The processing of this data is necessary for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures at the request of the data subjects.
All this data is provided either directly by the user or by third parties who process requests on their behalf, for example, representatives or collaborators.

Administration and management of web security: We process browsing data (IP addresses or logs) to administer and manage the security of the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website. This interest is expressly recognised by recital 49 of the GDPR. In order to weigh this interest against their rights and freedoms, it has been taken into account that this processing corresponds to generalised security practices and does not pose significant threats to the data subjects.

Sending commercial communications and managing distribution lists: We process the identification and contact data provided by web users to manage their registration on our distribution lists and to send them communications related to our services.

To manage our distribution lists, we segment the recipients of our communications according to their market. This processing consists of a simple classification according to objective criteria and is not intended to carry out commercial profiles, predictions or behavioural analyses.

The sending of commercial communications by electronic means is based on art. 21.2. of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce or the consent requested. Failure to give consent or withdraw it does not condition the provision of the contracted services.

3. To whom can we communicate your data? Your data will only be communicated to third parties by legal obligation, with your consent or when your request implies such communication.

4.How long will we keep your data? In general, we will keep your data for the duration of the relationship you have with us and in any case for the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions, for example, in accounting and tax matters, and for the time necessary to attend to possible liabilities arising from the processing. We will delete your data when it is no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which it was collected.

The data processed to send you our commercial communications will be kept valid as long as you do not request their deletion.

5. What are your rights?You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it. You can also request that your data be rectified when they are inaccurate or that data that are incomplete be completed, as well as request their deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
